The idea

A residential, commercial, cultural, social, touristic and THE IDEA recreational project under the values of moral philosophy. This project was mentioned by the Stoic philosopher Zeno, who called for the establishment of a city of peace and love, a city where people gather as one family, in which they will be free children of life, gathered under the values of morality, and it is a virtuous city that respects nature. Goodness and happiness are the desired goal for all residents of the city. The city ought to be a human model for all cities in the world, with pillars of love, harmony, tolerance, virtue, interaction, cooperation, justice, freedom and peace. The project aims to establish an ideal, complete and integrated moral community.

THE VISION

Phoenicia Smart City has already been established in France and includes a team of elite engineers, lawyers and economists to transform the idea into a project. The project idea was registered under intellectual property rights, and then an agreement was reached with Ajami Group, one of the largest real estate development companies in Cyprus.

It is possible to benefit from the growth of this unique multi-use project on the initial plot of land with an area of 4,475,123 square meters.

Our project has been developed in line with the strategic growth plans of Cyprus by the Cypriot government, and is among the largest projects on the island and will receive close government support. Clients, property owners, tourists and visitors will come from Cyprus and other countries.
